Account numbers have remained the same. Routing number/ABA has remained the same. You will NOT need to make any changes to your direct deposit, payroll deductions, ACH automatic payments or automatic transfers. If you have checks on your checking account, you may continue to use them. Your current certificate and loan terms will remain the same.

Statement for May 31st, 2019 - all accounts will receive a mailed statement, even if you are currently enrolled in eStatements- If you are enrolled in eStatements, you will not be charged for this paper statement. If you are enrolled in eStatements, your following statement will be sent electronically. If you need to access past statements, please contact Member Services.
Our new online banking has been designed with you in mind.
To sign in to your new Online Banking Experience:
1. Delete any previously saved online banking bookmarks
2. Your USERNAME is your Member Account Number (7 Digits)
3. Your TEMPORARY PASSWORD is the last 6 digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN
4. Follow prompts to change your temporary password after logging in
5. Select a security image and set your security questions
Enjoy your new NYU FCU Online Banking experience! Joint account holders, you too can now have your own log in. Email email@example.com to obtain access.
To further your banking experience, download the new Mobile App by searching for NYU FCU in the app store. Access and set up your account from a desktop/full-site environment before accessing your new Mobile App: After establishing secured access with your new username and password, you may access the Mobile App and register your mobile device following the onscreen instructions.
Simplicity - New options to pay other people and transfer between accounts. Have all your payees located in one centralized location. No longer having to remember different logins and password for each payee.
Convenience - Pay bills from the comfort of your home while saving time and money. You can schedule your bills automatically with recurring payments.
Serenity - With our new bill pay alerts you never have to worry about late payments. You have the ability to set alerts to remind you of your due dates.
You will need to activate your new NYU FCU Mastercard Debit Card by calling 866-642-0450 and following the instructions on the card activation label. This should be done from the main phone number listed on your account- if you need to check or modify this number, please contact Member Services.
If you can not locate your card you can now temporarily Turn Off your debit card through the online banking. If you have lost or your card has been stolen, please contact us to receive a new card.
Your existing credit card account will remain in effect until July 11th, 2019. In early July, you will receive a new MASTERCARD credit card which will need to be activated on July 15th, 2019 for future use.
Until July 11th - No changes to your existing payments need to be made.
After July 11th- If changes to payments need to be made you will be notified at least a month prior.
To access your credit card statements or to make credit card payments after May 31st, you will need to use the following link - https://onlineaccessplus.com/oa/nyufcu/ through July 15th, 2019. If you know your direct login, you will be able to login. If you have never logged in directly, you will need to set up a log on ID. Please contact Member Services if you require assistance.
Gold Card Holders: Scorecard will continue to remain in effect and your existing point balances will be converted.
Branch Phone Numbers will not change.
