From May 31st to June 2nd, NYU Federal Credit Union will undergo a system wide change which will impact some of the services you currently use.

Recommendations for prior to conversion:
Login to your current online banking and save your statement PDFs. If you use Bill Pay, note the bills you have set up as you will need to set them up again in the new system. For assistance with this, please call Member Services at 212-995-3171.
Update your contact information- make sure we have your current address on file and current phone number. Call Member Services to verify this information.
Get cash before the conversion- ATM and VISA debit card access WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE after 5:30 PM on Friday, May 31st and on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd. Please try to have the cash you expect to need on hand ahead of time. Current debit and ATM card users will be receiving a new MASTERCARD Debit Card which will need to be activated and used after 9 AM, Monday, June 3rd.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that may arise from this change, however please understand that this change is necessary for the NYU Federal Credit Union to be able to provide a better member experience going forward.
Statement for May 31st, 2019 - all accounts will receive a mailed statement, even if you are currently enrolled in eStatements- If you are enrolled in eStatements, you will not be charged for this paper statement. If you are enrolled in eStatements, your following statement will be sent electronically.
Save your statements. Account histories for transactions prior to May 31st will not be available online, or on PAT (Phone Anytime Teller). Make sure you have copies of past statements for easy reference. You may want to consider printing paper copies or downloading PDFs for statements prior to May 31st, 2019. After May 31st account information prior to May 31st will only be available on your statement or by contacting NYU FCU.
“Vacation Club Account” will now be called the “Dream Club Account”
“Christmas Club Account” will now be called the “Holiday Club Account”
Account numbers will remain the same. Routing number/ABA will remain the same. You will NOT need to make any changes to your direct deposit, payroll deductions, ACH automatic payments, automatic transfers. If you have checks on your checking account, you may continue to use them. Your current certificate and loan terms will remain the same.
Your current online banking will be disabled at 3 PM on Friday, May 31st
You will be able to access the new and improved online banking at 9 AM on Monday, June 3rd. Our website will still be www.nyufcu.com - however the online banking login screen will change.
To enroll in the new banking experience, please follow the following instructions:
1. Delete any previously saved online banking bookmarks
2. Your USERNAME is your Member Account Number (7 Digits)
3. Your TEMPORARY PASSWORD is the last 6 digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN
4. Follow prompts to change your temporary password after logging in
5. Select a security image and set your security questions

Access and set up your account from a desktop/full-site environment before accessing your new
Mobile App: After establishing secured access with your new username and password, you may access the Mobile App and register your mobile device following the onscreen instructions.
Your existing bill pay service will remain in effect until Friday, May 31st. All payments scheduled for May 31st will go out as regular. Payments scheduled past May 31st, will not be sent out.
You will not be able to access the existing bill pay service after Friday, May 31st.
You will need to set up your bills in the new bill pay service on Monday, June 3rd.

New cards for all active users will be mailed on May 15th. All active ATM card users will receive a debit card in lieu of an ATM card.
You will receive a new debit card mailed to the address on file (if you need to make any modifications, please contact us as soon as possible). On June 3rd, 2019, after 9 AM, you will need to activate your new NYU FCU Mastercard Debit Card at that time, by following the instructions on the card activation label. This should be done from the main phone number listed on your account- if you need to check or modify this number, please contact Member Services.
If you are traveling during this time, please make alternative arrangements if you do not receive the new card prior to your trip. If you have any travel notifications or limits placed on your debit card account that you would like to make sure are placed on the new card, please verify these with Member Services.
Your existing credit card account will remain in effect until July 11th, 2019. In early July, you will receive a new MASTERCARD credit card which will need to be activated on July 15th, 2019 for future use.
Until July 11th - No changes to your existing payments need to be made
After July 11th- If changes to payments need to be made you will be notified at least a month prior
To access your credit card statements or to make credit card payments after May 31st, you will need to use the following link - https://onlineaccessplus.com/oa/nyufcu/ through July 15th, 2019. If you know your direct login, you will be able to login. If you have never logged in directly, you will need to set up a log on ID. Please contact Member Services if you require assistance.
Gold Card Holders: Scorecard will continue to remain in effect and your existing point balances will be converted.
