Beginning July 29, 2026, you must use the newly issued debit or credit card you received in the mail in July. Your existing card will no longer work after the morning of July 29.
If you have trouble activating your new card or have not received it, please email us at assist@nyufcu.com. You may also call us at 866-698-2865. Please note that you may experience longer hold times. For a quicker response, we strongly recommend emailing us or leaving a voicemail.
NYU FCU is a member-owned financial cooperative serving individuals and families nationwide. You may join through NYU affiliation or, if you are a U.S. consumer, we will enroll you in the American Consumer Council (ACC) at no cost to make you eligible for membership.
